I do agree that having a sitemap.xml is important. Using Wordpress or blogging platform is great inline with pingler.com, which seems to help with fast indexing.

This is so true!
Its very difficult to tell whether what you are designing is simple, it may seem that way to you because you know what has to happen.

Then you have to try and make it not look like one of those scam sites...Its a fine art.

Nice post Musa.
Thanks for the great analogy! Makes it a lot simpler for those of us that are still trying to grasp the difference between the two.

This is an experience I would recommend for all organisations - big and small. It is amazing how the flood gates open and how honesty prevails over all. It is so great to work within an organisation where honesty is one of the main cornerstones. This experience has been truly amazing and it has made me respect, honour and truly enjoy the wonderful team of people I work with. We are truly inspired to reach our personal and company goals through this program.

Coming from a corporate background I have spent quite a bit of time going through courses similar to these and I must admit that this course in particular has been the most inspirational and eye-opening course to date.

This is a great summary of the learning organisation. I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone who is looking for improvement in communication and leadership techniques in both personal and business contexts.

Indeed!! It's quite interesting to find out what type of person you are, and then breaking that down further.. It's always great to discover those defining points about one's self.

I was quite impressed with the very last session we did, and the modules on the "The Law of the Bad Apple" which concerned attitudes. Personally I feel quite strongly about keeping a positive attitude, and this module explored the negative effects that occur on the other side of the scale.

I'm actually quite excited to see how we carry this forward in various JD strategy sessions! :)

I think that there will certainly be some listing changes to those old 'authority' sites that has hogged the top for so long. Also for 'heavy' pages that are full of naff flash intros. IMHO I just wish they would fully release it and let us see where they are going.

All the best when it happens
