		<description><![CDATA[Weird name but so was Google in the beginning. It might even be that the founders spelled it wrong and the name must have been &#039;Blokke&#039; (with the name of the Co-Founder being Rich Skrenta)like the googol mistake.

They also claim that this is not an Algorithm based Search Engine but rely on human input to be properly rated and with a backing of $24m they might even have something special. But then again this concept was already tested before and failed.
